Human Rights Law

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is the foundation of human rights law.  However, local and regional, as well as cultural, traditions of law means that the UDHR is applied very differently across borders and cultures.  The sites below help to give an understanding of the basics of and the challenges to applying international human rights laws.
